Combined with the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA),® The LIBF’s Level 6 Pension Transfer (PETR) ® examination meets the qualification requirement for pension transfer specialists, enabling you to provide advice on both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

To help you prepare for the Pension Transfer (PETR) exam, Douglas James Training offers a two-day intensive course, close to the half yearly exam dates. Courses are heldonline, or at our training centres in Swindon and the LIBF offices in the City of London. Please see See our Course Dates page for details.

The two-day course provides an analysis of the pre-released exam case study and reviews the transfer options available and their implications. The course tutor will take you through a series of mock questions and exercises to consolidate your understanding and show you how best to present your answers.

You’ll need to register for the exam directly with the LIBF; the cost of registration is not included in our course fee.
