5. Company bookings on behalf of employees may be invoiced, but course fees must be received before the course start date

Douglas James Training Consultants Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the venue of courses in appropriate circumstances. Cancellations normally occur only when there are insufficient delegates to make the course viable.

However, there may be other instances, beyond the reasonable control of Douglas James Training Consultants Ltd which make it necessary for a course to be cancelled at any time. In all of these cases, Douglas James Training Consultants Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative course and to minimise inconvenience to delegates.

Douglas James Training Consultants Ltdalso reserves the right to make variations to the course content or delivery, or to merge or combine courses, if it considers reasonably such action is necessary. If a course is cancelled by Douglas James Training Consultants Ltd,any fees paid will be refunded in full, unless a suitable alternative course has been provided.

Douglas James Training Consultants Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to delegates' property (other than through negligence of Douglas James Training Consultants Ltd,its staff or agents) or for the consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or time-tabling constraints as set out above.
